The course pretty much plays 2 directions in a large wash. You play from hole 1 away from the parking lot for 2ish miles and then work your way back. The nice thing being, you can easily cut a round short for time of needed. The holes aren't marked well at all. There are only a couple of tee pads for the entire course and which basket you are aiming at isn't clearly defined. Youre often looking for the "tee pad" to be on pavement marked with red dots or small green flags planted in the soil nearby the previous baskets l I cation. Even with the assist of the Udisc app, we struggled to find our way to the right spot (again, walking straight forward one end to the other). The course plays very long, which our group liked. There is one hole that is over 1000' long, playing as a par 5. So, although the course isn't very technical, you have to be able to throw long distance and under control to score pars consistently. Be aware of walkers on the footpath throughout. There are some blind shots that could be potentially hazardous to people walking or riding bikes. If we had more options from where we were staying, we would have tried somewhere else, but there was something to be said for making the space available, work as it is.

Really nice new course. Nice mixture of the type of holes and multiple pin locations. Can be difficult to navigate without UDisc or a map. Currently has turf tee pads which worked very well. Expect lots of walking and long holes if they are in the long pin locations. Practice basket located by hole 1 tee pad.

I believe it's the longest course in Phoenix but has no actual teepads. Very slick, rocky surfaces to throw from.

A very long course, but well worth it. It took my friend and me 4 hours to play all 18. Compare that to us playing 18 at Buffalo Ridge in a little over 2 hours. Would give 5 stars if the tee boxes were better marked. No water hazards, wide fairways, and not too many trees. This course will be in my rotation of courses to play.

There are no markers on the tea boxes. You don’t know where to go from hole to hole. Other than that the baskets are good, and the grass as well kept.
