Only played first 5 holes of the "EAST" side (18-holes grouped into 9 East & 9 West). Though I'm just a beginner, it "dOnT tAkE nO gEnUs" to realize water hazards def aren't for disc golf. It's one thing to lose a 25¢ golf ball in there... a whole other to lose a $25 disc! But it (the water hazards) comes with the territory. Literally. Playing on a repurposed Golf course would ofc be a much better experience if it were kept, maintained like the golf course was. Not that it's overgrown or neglected either. But I think I'll take the "FREE shaggy-grass course", over the "yearly membership dues", any day. Anywho, so no golf cart rentals lol, thick (but not too tall) grass, several water hazards, as well as swamped out, marshy patches in several areas. Ofc, much of it is out in the open, so no shade, but the course definitely makes good use of the natural vegetation like trees, bushes, etc., that regular golf wouldn't have, giving some parts of the course both shade to play under, as well as challenging obstacles to test your skills (or lack thereof 👀). Curious to experience the full course, eventually. Once I do, I'll add on anything new or interesting I discover.

Course layout was a little wonky. It seemed much more spread out than it needs to be, and felt like we were backtracking some times to get to the next tee box. Landscaping definitely needed some mowing and tree trimming. Some wet and muddy spots, but not so bad that we couldn't get around. Other than that, we enjoyed the course and will be back.

Fun family place. Disc golf course is exciting because of the water areas and trees.

Beautiful course! Very well maintained, isolated, peaceful, and picturesque. I'm from out of town and was very pleasantly surprised.
