I am a home owner on oak st. I feel staff is poorly trained and or informed and very young and unguided therefore, they are unhelpful because they don’t have the knowledge that they need.

The auditorium we used was magnificent. With large video screen, nice kitchen big stage, lots of room. And their staff set and took down the tables and chairs
