This is an awesome trail for all ages. Parking can become tricky depending on the time you get in, but street parking is not an issue as long as you are ready to walk a bit. There are boat riding options Multiple decks for fishing Lots of benches across the park Multiple grill and picnic spots Good play area for kids Nice cafe A very good trail

Beautiful! Nice, peaceful long walking trail, plus lots of BBQ area, clean bathrooms great customer service at the coffee shop, and the rental boats will make a full day of fun for the whole family! Definitely going back soon 😍😍

Always have loved Lake Chabot. It's just gotten so crowded on the weekends like every place else in California. Rented a pontoon it was nice but a little pricey. The fishing is always a struggle there so many people fishing all the time the fish just got too smart. They do stock it though.

I have been here several times and always a joy. Kimmy joins me as we hike around lake. Plenty of benches to rest and restrooms along path. Highly recommend and kimmy gives 2 paws up!!!
