Hesperia flag football. Wow, don’t even bother. So incredibly unorganized. Truly embarrassing. I do not recommend and will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would.

Highly recommend! Mini Karate: fun, good instructor. Hip Hop Dance: Awesome. We used to go to a dance studio on “I” Street but this dance class is more fun. Music is better, attire is age appropriate, parents can watch. Teacher is kind. Learned new difficult dance moves on the 1st day that weren’t taught at the other dance studio. Very pleased.

Miss Lonie's dance classes are amazing 🥰 We are so beyond grateful that we have found such an amazing dance teacher at the park and rec. My daughter was a little hesitant to take dance again, because she had a bad experience with a bad teacher in the past. But we were super lucky to find Miss Lonie... She is extremely amazing with the kids and she goes out of Her way to make sure everyone feels included. She has turned my daughter into a little dancing star. She also plans all kinds of amazing shows that she does on her own free time. That all the children are welcome to be involved in. She literally rented a facility for our kids to put on a nutcracker recital at. I think we did like nine shows last year. We even did a show last mother's day at the LA county fair... it was the most amazing Mother's day ever. She is truly a Gem, and we are beyond blessed that we have found her... My daughter looks forward to all of her dance classes with Lonie. I have enjoyed all of my park and rec activities. The karate program that they have with Brandon is amazing as well. He is truly great with the kids. He makes the class fun for all involved. I think that it is super awesome that adults and children can be in the class together. It's so fun to do as a family.Thank you Hesperia for providing such awesome activities with such amazing people.

This organization can hardly be called “parks & recreation “. This place is a cash grab that exploits families of Hesperia. From the after school program (ASAP) to their extra curriculum offers, their whole aim is to extract money from parents and local government agencies and in exchange they offer poor and incompetent service . ASAP is ran and managed by money hungry people with the IQ the size of my infants thumb. These old reject employees just sit there while 30+ kids are crumpled in a bungalow. I took my son out ASAP and put him in “proper” after school care. As for the athletic activities…. Ugh. They will take your money and have no problem not rendering the service ( a form of fraud). Just look at the other reviews. I gave this establishment two chances in two different capacities and the failure rate is 1000%. Go to the next city and invest money in to its programs. You will do your family a favor.

The skating program from here is by far the worst. The coach does not bother telling parents that she canceled class on the first day and does not spend any time helping kids learn to skate. She tightened up skates and left kids to learn on their own. Definitely the biggest waste of money I've experienced.
