I called this store a few weeks ago and spoke to a staff member about a specific club I wanted to buy. I asked for it to be put aside for me and told the guy exactly what day I would be in store to buy it. I live in Australia; so getting there sooner wasn't an option. At no stage was I asked for a deposit or to pay upfront. When I arrived; the staff seemed not interested in my enquiry at first; they then checked the "on hold" area; when it wasn't there; they took me to the section where my club should be only to find its sold out. The staffer then; said "yeah, sorry about that" turned and walked off... It's obvious I won't be a regular customer; but if anyone wants service; I'd steer clear of this place.

Very big and clean. People are nice. Great practice bays. Do not use Bay #1. The setup is too close to the rear wall. You will not be able to swing your driver. The staff is very aware of this problem and can not move the hitting console towards the right.

Whenever I call this store or visit, I feel like some of the guys working the front desk does not want to be there. Called here few times and I always get a very rushed, impatient dude on the other line giving me super short answers to my questions and I do not appreciate that. Plus, the trade-in values at this store is far inferior compared to the Roger Dunn store not too far away. Taking my business to Roger Dunn from now on for sure.

My wife purchased a hybrid for me during the Labor Day sale. It was a ping g430 to be exact. The club was purchased as a brand new club. When I received the club it was heavily used. I reached out to PGA Superstore and was told that they apologized for the mistake and to send back the one I was sent and that they would expedite the correct one immediately. 2 days later the shipping label has only been created and PGA Superstore has no further information. PGA Superstore was nothing but monotone on the phone and the problem still has not been rectified. The thought of purchasing or receiving a used club never went through my wife’s mind but after this experience with such a highly regarded company I believe all purchases should be done in person when it comes to high dollar items. Buyer beware.

Went for a full bag fitting with Charbe Benvenuto. She is a real gem! She has the street cred - plays off a 2 hcp (obvious when she speaks about short game); she has the content and experience - after hitting a few shots she quickly figured out my issues and matched me with the correct specs; she has the charm and charisma of a master fitter - patient yet to the point. I highly recommend you drop by PGA tour superstore at Irvine for your fitting. Even this 9 hcp learnt many things that day.
