My partner and I went to this course for the first time a few days ago , we are new to golf and the culture. We met some lovely guest who we played with and enjoyed the beautiful course BUT what left me and partner NOT WANTING TO COME BACK was the terrible customer service from the older man with a pony tail. He was very combative and spoke down to me and my husband about the rules of the golf course after knowing we were new to the sport. I also witnessed him giving other guests a hard time and confusing them about the rules. This workers way of telling us these rules we should know while being new to golf was to passively aggressively say read the rules posted then proceeded to not show us where said rules were posted. We did not feel comfortable asking for any directions about the course and had to rely on the kind guests for direction. Overall beautiful course, amazing guest, bad customer service.

The course is pretty good and fun to play, but they recently changed staff and since then customer service has been really bad. The clerk has an attitude and is not good at answering questions, he’s very condescending, along with the marshal. Also this is probably the only course I’ve played at where they are really strict on golf cart return times.

2nd time in 3 days playing at harbor Park golf course the first night we started late but brought our glow in the dark balls to play some night golf but My BF got his car locked inside the gate. It was about 9pm When we left and had no idea that they lock the gates nothing was mentioned to us not even when we paid. But another gentleman was warning everyone and he was nice enough to wait for everyone to leave the park So no one would Get locked in. Our Lyft cost $45 as he's from Westminster. Last night we made sure to pay $3 for parking next door. 👍

Decent greens and mostly well kept condition. I'm a local so I come during twilight hours. I am able to finish the full 9 holes in about 2.5 hours with no wait, usually. Staff is friendly. Free putting and chipping area. Wish they had a range!

I was able to book a tee time during Memorial Day weekend. Golf course is decent and not as crowded as other places. •Upgraded golf carts •Good flow of players Finished 9 holes in pretty good time. Not the best location but i had a good time. I would recommend it if you want to get a quick 9.
