Never had good customer experience here. Can’t find associates, phone rings forever with no answer, 1 register open at a time, etc, and the guy who runs the place must wake up on the wrong side of the bed every day, I don’t get it. Also, don’t buy protection plans here. They don’t give you all the info needed the. Will find SOMEthing you didn’t do 100% correct to not honor the protection plan - SCAM!

They have a huge selection of sporting goods but they are pricey. Although they have a great selection I wouldn’t say that they have the greatest quality, for example I was looking at their tennis rackets and they didn’t have any of the new rackets that are being used instead they have a lot of older models.

Staff was very helpful but there was very low inventory & store was disheveled in many areas.

Need some sunglasse, found some 25$ possible id never seen before. They wouldn't let me try them on in the sun, showed him cash, he asked the manager, they said no. I guess no solution could be imagined here at the Oxnard location. So I didn't buy them will go to West Marine. They let me try them on. Not the best service here. They sales rep was friendly though.

Love their shoe kiosk system for selecting shoes and shoe sizes. I just wish they sold more clothes made out of natural materials.
