I bought yoga mat, but when opened it turned out to be oily and slippery, some oil is on its surface on both sides. And it has a chemical smell. When I asked store to return my money and take back this may they said that they take from me fee $10, because I opened it. It was covered with thin plastic, so I could not unpack it without damaging of wrapping. The price of mat is 19.99.

I come here regularly, because I always get a good deal, and the staff is well-informed and very helpful. I do price comparisons with used gear on Craigslist, and PIAS often has lower prices. Plus, PIAS gives you the option of buying used or new gear, and the new gear is very competitively priced as well. Also, free parking, which is a big bonus in my book! Lastly, they have a rewards program where you can very quickly rack up $5 dollar and $10 off credits. Highly recommended.

Customer service isnt that great. You can go into the store feeling unnoticed. However, i will give them 5 stars because of the fact that im a complete introvert so i can careless and because i found what i was looking for.
