The Lake is awesome, with ever changing water levels. The many birds that use it are fun to watch. Huge lawns and many picnic areas. Walking paths right next to the Bay so walking along them means you can see from the Richmond San Rafael Bridge to the Oakland Bay Bridge with everything in between.

My dog loves this place. Birds to chase, a pond to swim in, lots of trails and walkways to trot and run about. The best time to visit is early in the a.m. So beautiful, quiet, and tranquil.

There is a shallow pond with swans and ducks, not really sure which birds, but it's a nice green area to take a break.

Very popular park for locals. It’s family friendly. Non challenging walking paths. Surrounded by hillsides with great 360 vistas, an old historic fishing pier that’s a favorite with locals.

Great park to walk the shoreline, view the city from across the bay, and enjoy a picnic. Parking lot fills up fast, but there's plenty of street parking. Restrooms are available, not always clean, but usually stocked with paper.
