Kenny in the Pro shop is a great guy. The ladies at the grill are very nice and quick with friendly service. The course is challenging but fair. It takes a few rounds to get used to the greens. Tip: Everything breaks to the railroad tracks.

Course not to bad alot of rough patches and greens always seem to just be punched bunkers always has water in them but worse thing is the office manger my brothers and I had a tee time at 630 we did not get out till 645 do to sunrise for group that was first but marshal stop us to hurry up then manger came out to tell us to pick up pace but when we finish we finished at 1030 we're not pro golfers but 4 hours for 18 holes I don't think needed to be harassed the second time. I think we will just stay at Indian hills and it is right across the street and way better course

This is the worst golf experience I have ever had in my life. 2 other friends and I had a tee time at 7:36AM. We had a group of 4 in front of us. The fairways and tee boxes were decent. The putting greens were horrible. They were all very bumpy like a checker board pattern of bumps. The first five holes we were keeping up with the group in front of us. There was no one behind us. We slowed down a little but not too slow. The Marshall stated we needed to speed up and catch the group in front of us. When we reached the 9th hole the club pro came out and also said we need to catch the group in front of us. We caught them and waited again for them to finish. On hole 15 the Marshall asked us what time we teed off. I said 7:36AM He stated for a 4 hour game we needed to catch up to the next group and that we had a half an hour to finish. We caught the group again and waited for them on the final 3 holes. We finished our game around 11:50AM which is just over 4 hours. I went inside and talked with the golf pro. He basically said it's not about who is behind you it's about who is in front of you and pointed to their sign posted above the cash register desk. He also asked when we finished and I told him. His demeanor was surprised and said "oh you are just now finishing?" I said about 10 minutes ago. I then told him how are we supposed to finish in a half an hour when we were waiting for the people in front of us? He stated well all we can ask is that you keep up with the group in front of you and the Marshall should not have told us we had a half an hour left. He said he would talk to the Marshall about it. $75.00 to have my golf day ruined by their rude and harrasing staff. I have played this course at least 10 times. I will never go back.

If you want to test your golf skills, this is one of the best value golf course in Riverside where you can shape your swings! With the set up, hilly and lot of narrow fairways, it is the best course to practice your shots as you really need accuracy and consistency for every shots from the tees, even the Par 3. I like the place especially the front nine, some of the holes are truly quiet with huges trees. Sometimes, the wind will give you more challenges. Greens are all in super great conditions though a bit slow. Overall, a very good golf course to walk a round from time to time.
