JSVP is a beautiful retreat for a solo stroll or a family gathering. From a library to playgrounds, walking trails, skate park, volleyball ball, tennis, pickle ball, soccer field, and disc golf, this park has it all. There are a couple of shaded BBQ areas along with adequate trash cans. I believe there is a leash rule in regards to dogs, but always keep those eyes peeled and ears perked for rogue dog owners abiding by their own rules. Great public escape none the less.

I love this park especially for the tennis and pickleball courts. They have pickleball lines painted on all 3 courts so you can play either game. They also have a giant wide open field, a skate park, a basketball court, a roller rink, baseball fields, cross country trails, a water park, a dog park, as well as water fountains and bathrooms!

Rruff dog park is a terrific place for your pooch to play. Divided into two large spaces for large and small dogs, and also offers a covered special-needs area for classes and individual dog training. Grounds are covered with a thick layer of coarse wood chips, so mud is never an issue.

They just dedicated a sign to the old dairy that was here 90 years ago. Today, we have this awesome park to enjoy because of the Johnson family. 🤟😎

This park has an excellent disc golf course, one of the best in Sacramento. It's also got a pro shop with a nice disk selection. There's lots of grassy areas for family picnics, a water play area for the little ones, and even a skate park for the teens and tennis courts for the adults. Overall a wonderful park that deserves a shout out. A+
