The only negative thing I can say about this park is the fact that San Diego cannot grow grass, I wish it wasn't full of dirt. It's a guarantee to come home with shoes filled with sand. Other than that, this park is awesome! I've never had a bad experience here yet, today was our first time on the big dog side and everyone there people and animals included were friendly. Friendly. After leaving the dog park, we always go to the playground so my daughter can play there once our dog is tired. This is a great Park! There's also water fountains for the dogs when you leave the park which is a bonus as well. I highly recommend this park to anyone with kids or animals!

Amazing park for dogs of all sizes and ages! There are three fully fenced, double gated runs separated by size. My chihuahua and chi/hound mix both love the small dog area because it has agility courses and SO MUCH SPACE!!! It is the PERFECT spot to train your pups and help them get socialized. This park is so much better than other ones in east county and I am willing to make the drive because it is so well-maintained and dog-centered!

It was pleasant it was my first time there and I didn't know how my puppy would respond. So there's two parks one for small dogs and one for big dogs. I'm new to the area so I didn't know anyone there but when I let my dog off the leash the folks there were very inviting and social. My dog and I both had a awesome time together and it's lots of space and shaded. I'll definitely be going back there soon.

This place has changed alot since I was a kid. Pretty nice little spot and cool trail to walk. The park is clean, in a decent area and has a cool play ground for the kiddos. It's kind of off a busy road though which can make it challenging to get in and out of. There isn't a whole lot of shade here though and if someone has gotten there early to save for a party, you may not get any shade. Overall, it's much improved since I was going here in the 1980s. Dog walks, basketball courts, party area, nature hiking, biking, etc. They have a couple water fountains but should add a few more throughout the different areas of the park.

There needs to be a washing station for when owners don’t clean up after their animals and my kid steps on poop in the kids park. There was no where to wash her shoes off so we had to throw them away. Unbelievable. Dog owners who do this should be fined
