This park is tucked away, making it a great place to enjoy nature. Lake Baron was a beautiful scenic surprise nestled within the park. We enjoyed a peaceful walk across the bridge and onto the trail. A wonderful spot for a serene outdoor experience

This park is AWESOME. There are tons of trails for dogs and humans and bikes alike. There is a lake you can paddle board in and kayak and even fish! There is a play structure for the little ones. Easy to get to and easy to get around. BEAUTIFUL surroundings, right along the Upper Truckee River, with a foot bridge crossing and an infinitely picturesque environment. During summer there are events and gatherings held here. Most famously, the Meyers Mountain Market. This is a must visit location whenever one finds themselves in the South Lake Tahoe region.

We decided to come during peak snow season and show our kid what snow play really looked like! We couldn't have picked a better spot! Sure there was a few feet of snow lol but that was part of the fun. We as a family had fun and saw beautiful sights! Just make sure if you come in the winter to park far because the road is closed and you will need to walk.

Such a calm and serene spot. Perfect for kayaking or paddle boarding. Away from the Tahoe crowds but surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the mountains and trees. Lots of picnic spots and space to explore. Love this place

Nice little park in Myers CA, about 5 miles from the "Y" at Hwy 50, in South Lake Tahoe. I go there for Disc Golf, but the course has only 9 baskets. Decent layout and a few good holes, with a few good tree shots. I've also gone there for small parties and meetings. Nice little lake and a little stream to keep you cool. Next time I will try to get some photos. It's beautiful!!
