Checked Sunken online and found out they are the extended course of Sunnyvale, you know it's really not bad, a nice and easy 9-hole course, very walkable, full of different types of trees, 🌴 you name it. Like Hole 6 particularly, it's a Par 4, you actually see the green of Hole 2 from tee box, while the green of Hole 6 itself is hidden on the left hand side to it; a little ditch in front of green, make your 2nd shot a bit challenging to approach the green. One thing worth mentioning is that there's a Old Greenwood BBQ restaurant located right by clubhouse, you'll get to smell them when you play Hole 7 😆

This is a review about golf lessons/instructions. I'm a pandemic golfer and have been playing for 4 years now. I love the game. I'm a YouTube taught golfer and have been told many times to take lessons, but I could never justify it because i wasn't going pro or anything. I have only broken 90 twice in my career. I have had many good and bad days. I have plateaued at a 25 handicap and have tried to solve my swings with more YouTube advice. I finally decided to take lesson and fix my bad habits or at least get some real in person advice. I recently had my first 30 min session with coach Lee and omg what an eye opener it was. Just the first session and I already have so much homework to do. It's $60/30min and they provide the range balls which is nice. I've seen other places that charge you for range balls also. Coach Lee filmed my swings and showed me the issues he saw and then showed me how to correct them and gave me some drills to do. He also emailed me my swing so I know what to look for. I'm excited about this new golf journey and would recommend coming for lessons if you're on the fence about it. It's kind of hard to find much info about a golf coach online so thought I would share my experience.

We came to this Sunken Garden Golf Course for the first time for a birthday celebration and have actually had a blast! From the peaceful spacious field, BBQ Backyard Patio, and the wide range selection beers cocktails ad full bar of drinks, Sunken Garden is definitely a great destination for any occasions for all of your gatherings. Friendly Staffs and Good Food are the main reasons why I truly enjoyed this place. Absolutely an awesome experience here!

Best course for new golfers and youth starting out. Small driving range with the most affordable bucket pricing nearby Snyvl. Irons only. No Driver off mats. Good barbecue at the Old Greenwood restaurant with a legit bar and beer selection. Kid friendly course which also partners with the Youth On Course program without restrictions or limited days. Don't play here if you are in a rush or sensitive to the occasional mis-hit ball shanked your direction from adjacent holes.

I played at your 9-hole golf course recently, and the experience was disappointing. Your website states that tee times are 7 minutes apart, but this was not enforced. From the very first hole, the team behind us was already waiting, which made us feel rushed. By the second hole, a staff member rudely asked us, “Why are you slow?” in a raised voice. This was completely unnecessary, as we were playing at the proper pace. In fact, we even had to wait for the team ahead of us on several holes. The delay was caused by poor scheduling, not by us. I strongly recommend enforcing proper tee times and training staff to address players respectfully. Golf should be enjoyable, but this experience was far from it
