Falsely advertised pricing. Clearly put full stock over sale price tag, but wouldn’t honor it even when shown. Rude and disrespectful workers. Will never shop at a Big 5 again.

AmaIng customer service! Even though they were packed on a Saturday they store manager made sure to do his rounds and even though he wasn't helping every customer he was acknowledging all of his customers. Definitely coming back just for the customer service!
