Staff members are great! Reminds me back in the day when Upland had the sports store called Chicks! The store has great online purchase/pick up systems, easy returns, damn good selection on most all sports and beautiful view of the mountains. Pls LIKE 👍 this review to show support 🤓👌

The service was okay. They did not have my shirt size in dodgers championship. The store wasn't that busy. The place was clean. There is enough parking place there. It's a little expensive there. Not too hard to find.

My past shopping experience, at this store, is that I’m totally ignored the entire time, even the checkout. Yesterday, 10/21/24, I was surprised by how pleasant my interaction with Ms Bria was. I’m acknowledging her because she was definitely the exception to the regular customer service I’ve experienced in the past. Good luck Bria, I hope you’re able to keep your beautiful smile and spirit.

We had just purchased a basket ball for our son,and unfortunately lost it while loading our car. We immediately went back to the store, well within 15 minutes, to ask for a reprinted receipt to resolve the situation. Samantha at the counter refused, claiming she couldn't reprint it because she had already processed other transactions. I know this isn't true, as we had only just left. Her unwillingness to help left us disappointed and frustrated, especially since this was such a quick and easy request. In order for us to validate the insurance in our ball we needed the receipt .

I just spent an hour in the baseball glove department waiting for someone to help me and no one ever do. I was going to purchase a $300 baseball glove. The store was empty I could see all of the associate joking around by the cash registers. A coulme kf them made eye contact with me then went right back to joking around with each other. I wil no longer shop here. I have spent thousands of dollars here buying sports equipment for my 3 boys. This money will now go to their competitors.
