The store is filthy, cluttered with boxes and unstocked merchandise to a hazardous level, and staffed with disinterested, uncaring employees. Did I mention the chronic overpricing of everything they sell? Do yourself a favor and shop at some other place for sporting goods. Truly, this store was aptly named.

I had an absolutely amazing shopping experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods in West Covina! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Troy, the manager, truly sets the tone for the store with his professionalism and friendly attitude. It’s clear he cares about creating a positive environment for both the staff and customers. The young woman at the checkout station was equally incredible. I regret not catching her name, but her friendly demeanor and efficiency made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re considering where to shop for sporting goods, this location should be at the top of your list! The dedication and professionalism of Troy and the rest of the team make all the difference. I highly recommend visiting Dick’s Sporting Goods in West Covina—you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely the best customer service in maybe the last 10 years. Steve helped us and really sets the standard for how to help an upset customer. This issue, by the way, had nothing to do with this location. Steve, I hope management recognizes what an asset you are to this location, and we really want to thank you.

Everyone is nice there. Tried to buy a soccer ball. I didn't realize it was obviously a good one...BUT $65.00....😵....couldn't do it....after the cashier filled it with air for us.....She completely understood why I changed my mind. My grandson that plays is 9!!!!....=)
