This course was fun and challenging. The fairways were well designed and required forehand and backhand shots as well as demand a good scramble game to get a par. Nice mix of open and wooded holes as well as long and short holes. Also, there is great signage and concrete tee pads. You will never need to guess where to go next. Lastly the owner Jeremy was very nice and offered some helpful advice for some of the holes. I will definitely try to come back.

We found this father and son team on the Whatnot live auction app and decided to book a weekend at their ranch. We had 5 adults in our party and shared two fully furnished yurts. Each had a queen-sized bed, table with chairs, some camping chairs, and cots were available at request. There is a private bathroom with toilet and a sink, not plumbing, but more like an advanced camping facility. The campsite sits on top of a hill which overlooks a STUNNING valley with rolling hills and trees. In the distance, the entire Sangre de Cristo mountain range, setting a backdrop for breathtaking sunsets each night. Charcoal grills are set up for cooking but it's a good idea to bring a camping stove if you like hot coffee in the morning. The 18-hole disc golf course is only feet away from the campsite. There is a parking area near the pro shop that offers a huge selection of discs and other neat disc golf stuff. The course itself is the most challenging I've ever played. Each hole with concrete launch pads and plenty of signage to keep you on track. This course has an incredible blend of wide-open "let it rip" opportunities, with some holes that would challenge seasoned pros through trees and uphill obstacles. The design and flow of this course is next-level, and should be on the bucket list of every DG enthusiast. Jeremy and Jarron, you are excellent hosts! You spared nothing to make sure we had a trip to remember. Your mountain property reminds us "locals" of the many reasons we love Colorado, and your hard work is on display. It was a great trip, thank you both. ✌️mm

We had a really relaxing weekend. Alta vista has a really great disc golf course. Spectacular views, 15 minutes to cripple creek. The owners Jeremy and Tracey are wonderful people! We will definitely be back next summer to camp.

This property is unquestionably incredible! The course is well maintained and absolutely stunning! I have seen some amazing courses and this one sits right at the top, hand down! To top it off, the camping experience here is unbelievable. This place is family owned and operated by people who are a blast, and a pleasure to be around. They will take care of you and let you enjoy every moment without bother. Plus there are porta potties (multiple)! I don't enjoy 85+ degree weather so it's a great place to escape to because it's 15-20 degrees cooler than the city. And it's only about an hour from Colo Springs and 2hr from Denver. Which leads you down a beautiful drive down scenic and historic road. If you like beautiful drives, this place is worth every second of the scenic road!My family enjoyed the place so much I booked a tent camp site the first time and then the yurt for the very next week! There are friendly unleashed dogs that live here. The three legged dog is such a sweetheart! Plus they offer offer disc golf lessons for anyone just getting interested in the sport and have a small pro shop with some great choices! The site or app HIPCAMP easy to maneuver to book sites and/or disc golfing.
