Disc golf review. The course was alright but I wouldn't go out of my way to play here. The $1.50 park fee entrance is a minimal fee but the gated park hours are terrible making it difficult to get in an early round or play late as I often do. This 18 hole course has amateur and pro concrete pads, one pin placement, and very minimal signage. Flush with each tee pad was a small concrete marker next to it that only tells you which hole you are on and the par of said hole. There are no upright signs otherwise giving you any indication of how far the pin is, where the pin is located (even though the tee is visible from the pad), or which direction the next tee will be. There where some pins that had arrows pointing in the direction of the next tee but other than that, you had to look/walk around for the next tee pad or use UDisc as I had to do a few times. It is possible there are maps available at the pay booth but I didn't think to ask till someone at another similar nearby course gave me one. The first couple fairways were, for the most part, open with few obstacles and minimal technical shots other than some having the baskets in a cluster of trees. (See photos) There were a few holes with a water hazard or large walls/fences but none were an issue unless you really screw up your shot. As you get halfway through the course, a few fairways become technical and wooded but then open up again. This course is definitely a grip it and rip it with some questionable par four holes. Fairways did not seem to be recently manicured but were fairly well kept from garbage though there weren't many trash cans unless you walked by a picnic area. I went around 8 am on a Saturday morning and was the only one there till I got back to the parking lot to see others just starting. It took me roughly 60 minutes to play one round.

Definitely my favorite local disc golf course. It's the best around here, in my opinion. It's a good mix of open and long holes with others that are more technical, with trees and some water. Challenging, but playable for all levels. Very well kept and organized. Check the photo for current COVID-19 restrictions during the week.

If you're a long thrower, this is predominantly a midrange course. Avg hole about 315 ft. Wind can be tough but not too many obstacles or hazards otherwise.

Nice course. Great signage and variety of tee pads.

Silent Waters disc golf course, my experience was fun, the course is semi-challenging depending on your level of skill. Myself being a pro player and playing over 250 different courses during my career I did still enjoy playing here. Right now (May 1st) Quiet Waters Park is being utilized for a Covid test site and is closed Tuesday through Thursday until further notice. I would recommend playing this course and also the two courses nearby at tradewinds Park.
