Beautiful park lots to do! I'd like to come back and spend some quality time there. I was in the Park with the Spoto High School Football Team because they were in town to play against Lakeland High School Football Team.

My grandbabies love the playground. And they have loads of covered picnic areas. It's right next to the lake so you can play, fish and walk the 4 different trails to see wild life, lake life and the beautiful scenery. There are at least 2 restrooms as well.

A jewel in Lakeland. Nice paved walkways, great views of the lake and wildlife. Tons of options for shelters including paid and covered buildings if you want that. Great playground area with updated activities and equipment.

Really amazing! I can't believe that this is not a more advertised attraction. The playground and parks are clean and really well designed. (Babies to Too Cool tweens, able to assistance needed- all kids can find something here to enjoy. ) Well-shaded play areas. Lots of pavilions and clean facilities to enjoy. And the trails- AMAZING! We saw alligators up close, beautiful birds and turtles. The flowers and trees are just breathtaking. The trails have been paved and plenty of signage. Great for strollers, bikes, wheelchairs... and amazing visit for homeschooling. We enjoyed it so much. I really can't believe that it's free and so hidden. It's a wonderful place to take the family, picnic and spend the day. Surprisingly enough- very few mosquitoes or ants & no one got sunburned. Its going to be a frequent outing for us for now on. Just beautiful!

Beautiful location prime real estate. Exquisite park for the grandchildren of any age. Equipment galore swings, merry go rounds, climbing, pirate ship, and so much more for them to play and explore great for them to exert all that energy. Able to view an abundance of Florida wildlife in action. Parents will need to keep small tykes close so that they don't wander to close to water due to the wildlife that is in abundance here. There is plenty of parking available here.
