Nice to go walk the dogs. We forgot our bags but they have some to dispose of their deeds. Nice table to grab lunch. We saw some beautiful birds too

Harrison park is a very nice new park in Ellijay. There are flat walking trails of various lengths (1.0, 1/2, and 1/4 mile). About 1/3 of the trails are along the Ellijay river. There are 4 - 5 picnic tables and about 6 benches. There are plans for improvements and I look forward to them. It's a nice park for events like the fall scarecrows and trick or treating in the park for Halloween.

We enjoy coming here during Halloween time to look at various decorations from local businesses, Halloween contest. Also, clean park to take dog for a walk on paved path.

Beautiful park.. Really enjoyed walking around with great places to take pictures. It is very quiet and peaceful.. Great place for a picnic, and they have clean restrooms:)

Great place to walk has a very nice clean and air conditioned bathroom.The trails are easy to walk in increments of half mile and mile with signs posted.
