This place is great for a good family time together. The water is warm, and clean. However, the water in the lazy river is the warmest. The lazy river is 3 to 3.5 ft deep. The middle of the lazy river boasts a pool game area. There's also a pool for laps and general swimming. The bathrooms were clean too. Overall we had a good experience. See attached photos and video.

I’ve gone to this pool all growing up and pretty much my whole life! The new water slides are awesome and it is an awesome place to cool off, relax and have a good time! Unfortunately, my experience today was not that. We got there to swim and to spend the afternoon there… and with no warning by the lady upfront, they closed due to rain clouds 15 minutes after we arrived! We spent $75 for my whole family to get in and get slide passes. We didn’t even get to use them and had no time to get in any of the pools. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WHATSOVER. I don’t think that is right and that needs to change. They should have a policy where if you spend less than an hour at the pool before closing it down, they should absolutely refund you! Also… The lifeguard on the top of the slides was super inappropriate to a kid! He yelled at thr kid to “shut up” for expressing that he was sad about the pool closing. There was at least 20 people in line and they wouldn't let anybody go down. I understand they are trying to keep people safe, but have some kindness and compassion! I am very upset to have $75 down the drain for nothing… they definitely need to change the no refund thing.

Fun day. We took a 4 year old and an almost 2 year old. Not too crowded and weather was perfect. Friendly staff and clean changing room. I really enjoyed the food place there (sorry don’t know the name). We got a chicken strip combo. I liked that the chicken strips were bigger. Plenty of places to sit and eat as well. Very friendly staff all around.

Great place to hang out. We all like going there it provides a family friendly atmosphere. Our 4 year old plays on the playground equipment, my 12 year old loves the skate park, and my older son enjoys playing Frisbee golf. All within open site of each other. This gives my wife and I some time to walk and enjoy our time together. Also the cleanest public restrooms I have seen. Great job to all the city and Ross park employees for making this a great place to go and be proud of. Thank you.
