Ok, let me first say that I appreciate any town putting up a disc golf course. And this one is fairly well cared for with good signage and artificial turf tees. If this advertised this as a pitch and putt or something it would fine. But it claims to be a disc golf course and I have to rate it accordingly. It is extremely short - only 3 holes over 200 feet. My wife and I played it in 22 minutes without rushing - and this included my wife kindly jogging from the second tee back to our pickup because I left the headlights on. It has almost no elevation and very few trees. They made the most of what they had - including a basket somewhat protected by a high chain link fence and an elevated basket - but this is not a real disc golf course. There is a 120 foot hole with absolutely nothing in the way - like a long practice basket. Overall it’s better than throwing at a basket in your backyard, and for people who live nearby it’s a good place to practice your short game. But no one should drive any distance to play this course.

Easy course but well maintained. Not a lot of obstacles to work around but a great course for beginners and anyone wanting to work on their technique. Quick course, plenty of parking right in the middle of it. Holes and tees are clearly labeled. We did it twice we were having so much fun.

Please put garbage cans up and a temporary bathroom. Also, add some benches or picnic tables. After more than 3 years, there is still no bathroom. Carol Stream would rather keep cutting the grass and chopping down trees (obstacles). Rather than providing amenities for the people. If the grass is too tall for you to throw or a tree is in the way, then you probably shouldn't be disc golfing.

This short and simple course is great for beginners or getting in a quick 9 on your lunch break. The turf tees could use some attention but they get the job done. Just watch your step around the edges.

I’m a beginner who feels down about not getting at least par on every hole. However, this course is probably the best course for beginners as it has straight paths to the hole and it is a confidence booster for sure! The majority of the holes are around 160-170 feet from the start to finish. Highly recommend this course to beginners like me.
