Nice park with playground, trail to run, bike. You can fish in the river. Have separate place for bonfire and picnic as well. Quite busy on weekends, has nature center where kids can learn about birds, turtle, snakes.

Unique park with disc golf. Dupage River runs thru the park. There are small trails going down to the river. You can get into the river if you don't mind getting a little dirty. I saw several people in the river having fun. The park is open from 8 am to 1 hour after sunset. Plenty of parking. Dogs must be on leash. Cicadas are still pretty loud, and the sound will probably go down in July.

Great open space for biking, walking, trekking, and all. A lot of green to enjoy and take pictures. A small golf course welcomes players who have their own equipment. A creek running thru the park. There are some benches to sit and relax, not enough though. And there could be some small picnic tables where you could enjoy some snacks and sandwiches maybe. Hence, the 4 stars. Other than that, one of the best parks in the region.

Amazing place it's a 5/5 in my book. Trails are great, you can bike/walk/or just even have a picnic! Nature is beautiful, parking can be tight on weekends. There is a nature center as well as a park. The lake is beautiful. Overall an amazing place!
