My family enjoys this park. It's got really great walking paths and active fishing lake. The restrooms are fairly clean too.

The Avon Town Hall Disc Golf Course is one of the nicest on which I've played. The course is very well maintained with cement tee pads, professional baskets and clear signs describing each hole and directing you to the next tee. A few of the tee pads are marked on the cement walking trail, but they're not hard to find. Some of the tee pads could be a bit longer, but I didn't have much problem teeing off. The front nine is mostly out in the open. Sometimes there are holes down one side of the fairway or the other. And most holes have at least a few trees around them. If you're a beginner, length it the primary driver of difficulty on these holes. A number of holes in the back 9 take you into the woods and that's where you find some very narrow throws through heavy trees. It offers a lot of creativity as most of the holes end up being shorter. Much of the course is around the walking trail and some playgrounds, so you need to be aware of your surroundings. The entire park is beautiful with a lake, multiple playgrounds, ping pong tables, and an RC car track. It's an exceptional park and the disc golf course is a lot of fun.

Great course with a good variety. 200 - 500ft shots on the front 9 which is all open field with a couple hazards. Have yet to play the back 9 in the woods because it has been closed for 2 years now.

Used to be the best disc golf course by far on the west side of Indianapolis. Then they took the woods holes out and turned it into a 9 hole course. Still a good 9 hole course, just wish they left the woods in.

Google Maps shows the entrance on the northwest corner of the course between baskets 7 & 8. If you turn in off I-36, turn left to park & start on basket 1; just over three bridge. A couple of the tee pad graphics don't jive with the actual basket location. Be prepared for a challenge on 17. All and all its a decent course.
