A friend and I played this course for the first time. First Impression was this course was beautiful. Very nice layed out. It wasn't a very difficult course pretty much wide open and the greens were the fastest I have ever played. If you play the white tee's you will only hit over water once. The only thing I could say bad about this course was that some of the tee boxes were in really bad shape however that didn't really hurt your game. Over all we really enjoyed the course and will be coming back.

BIG THANKS to Erica, Autumn and Joe for partnering with me to surprise my Dad with playing the golf simulator for the first time. This created another great memory for us both and we'll be back for more!

First time visitor and was generally pleased with the course. They are installing some new tee boxes which requires you to tee off from fairway on two or three holes. The greens were nicely manicured. Sand could have been replenished with finer consistency. I plan on returning in the future.

Course isn’t the greatest or even good on a nice day. Cart path only every time I’ve ever play the course. Lady in country club trailer was really nice and accommodating. Biggest con besides being over-priced is the cart attendant chasing you down for having to get off cart to navigate the poorly laid out cart path. If it is that big of a deal pull the cigar out of your mouth and print a few maps. Tee times is my last complaint, set a tee time and let your customer pay for the cart and then not have carts to meet the tee time. The cart got attendant upset when I asked about the cart. It is the fault of Elk Run that it’s poorly managed and not ran very well... not my fault. I just ask a legitimate question politely. No communication, signs, maps or direction on front and back 9. It’s a golf course but definitely not a good one.
