The course itself is quite good, plenty of challenging holes, and generally well maintained fairways. Be certain to use a spotter if you can on hole 6, there's lots of thick rough and its a blind shot off the tee. For drawbacks, it has TONS of gnats and bug spray does nothing for them. Going later in the season when it's cooler or windier would be helpful. It is also situated close to a military facility so you may hear very distant training gunfire during your round. Overall a good course, be sure to pick your day wisely when you plan to play.
