Buffalo Trace Park

Very nice park. Pretty Little lake.. bathrooms were super clean.

The family had a pitch in meal here and I have never been to this park but lemme tell you, there's a good amount of stuff to do here with your family. There's swimming, fishing, and my favorite, the quaintest little petting zoo. Most of the animals look taken care of, my concern was the cow with how thin it looked but I'm not knowledgeable on cows so I didn't ask much. For your next spring or summer family gathering or whatever event, this park is great. Most of the shelters even have electric hookups.

What an awesome place! Qe had my girlfriend's family reunion here. Plenty of things to do.

Had a lovely stroll around the park with a friend to get in some decent walking miles. We made two laps around the park (3.5 miles), and ventured down to the water with her dog. There is a nice camping area, pretty little lake, some neat bald cypress trees on the water, plenty of benches, a cute gazebo, and a full disc golf course. There aren't many trails in the woods, mostly just the main trail around the lake. I didn't use the bathrooms, but there was fresh water available for her dog from spigots and trashcans for waste. There is also a small, old petting zoo. There is a small beach for the summer. We also saw some tennis courts, a playground, and of course someone fishing.
