Beautiful clean sandy beach, lots of play activities for kids

I wish I could give a better review to my local park but I just can’t. We are local to this park and come often. The restrooms(even the new ones) are usually out of soap, paper towels and toilet paper. More times than not there is waste on the floor or walls. With two little kids I dread when they need to use the facilities. The beach could be raked more than once a summer. If I were not a local to this park I would probably be quite shocked and not return. With this park in as close proximity to the town shop I expect better.

A wide variety of sporting areas, large grassy areas, and public beach. The playground area and splash pad are wheelchair accessible, and there's even a place for people with limited mobility to get in a canoe or kayak. Boat rentals are available during summer months.

Nice park. Lots of equipment for the kids to play on. Beach is maintained well. Bathrooms are "alright" as far as cleanliness.

Very nice, well maintained park. Includes a splash pad for the kids and pavilion for gatherings. Swimming, playground, basketball and tennis courts. Enough open space for other activities.
