In my opinion the course design is not very good. I do like most of the front 9 and a few on the back. A lot of different lines, distances and obstacles. It does get confusing without the Udisc app to find the next tee pad. There are several tee pads and baskets very close to each other which is a definite safety concern. Once out in the open (back 9) it's very boring with multiple baskets within a small area which makes it confusing and not very aesthetically pleasing. With a new redesign and the fact that it's the college's home course, I had hoped for more. Thank you to whomever had a hand in building the course. At least there's a course there.

Formerly one of the best courses in the country, now sort of mediocre. It's basically fun, but the course design is not great. The holes are less interesting than they used to be. Half the holes have a Right Turn from the tee pad. It's good, but no longer great. It's pretty well maintained. Playable. Worth checking out. Go early in the morning so you're not throwing over the heads of other players.

I used to love playing at this course. It was a true gem in the community, offering challenging yet fair holes, beautiful scenery, and a well-maintained course. However, after the recent redesign, it has become an absolute nightmare. First off, the new layout is a mess. The holes are poorly designed, with awkward angles and unfair obstacles that make the game frustrating rather than enjoyable. It’s as if the redesign was done without any input from actual frequenters of the course. The flow of the course is completely disrupted, with confusing walks between holes that leave you wondering if you’re even going in the right direction. The maintenance has also taken a nosedive. The once serene and picturesque environment has been marred by the addition of unnecessary, unsightly, and unkempt fairways. It’s clear that the upkeep of the course is no longer a priority, which is a shame considering how pristine it used to be. Overall, the redesign of Carrol Marty Disc Golf Course has turned a beloved course into a frustrating disaster. I would not recommend this course to anyone until significant improvements are made. Save your time and money and play elsewhere.

WOW! Whoever was involved in this redesign, just know that you should be embarrassed. It’s way too crammed together. The last few holes have you throwing back at other players. Probably spend more time looking for your disc than actually playing. In years past the course was kept up pretty good. But the last two years I’ve played it, it has looked like an overgrown ditch. Is mowing it just not a thing anymore?! Ridiculous. This used to be my favorite course, but it has seemed to have gotten worse. Don’t have much of a desire to play it now. The only good thing is that there are new baskets. Other than that it’s no good.

They used to have a wonderful course here but ruined the first 9 holes in a redesign. The only reason it gets two stars is for the upgraded baskets.
