Love this place! It's a cute little park that connects Garfield Elementary to Eastern Avenue Park. I run with my dog through here and sometimes we'll stop and watch the kids play baseball. I think my dog wants to be a part of the team 😂 Anyway, great park. Clean, well-maintained, bathrooms on site, lots of parking, tennis courts, playground, and some shelters available for get-togethers!

They put in a new bench and a couple more places to sit. Great place to stop and take a break from the bike trail.

I'm from out of town and wanted a nice place to walk my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. The trail at Garfield Park is lovely. It had snowed 6 inches this morning and the trail was plowed. We ended up clocking almost 5 miles. We encountered many friendly faces along the way. Thank you, Davenport!
