Very nice, well kept 18 hole course. It has a couple of tricky holes that go along the water, and one doozy 18th hole that requires you to throw over the lake. I have had a lot of really good times at this course.

Lake shawnee dgc is great time wide open fairways. They set up and alternate course for a tournament. The city should install alternative course permanently. It is a great course that should be enjoyed by all.

Most of the course was well marked, a few challenging baskets. Grass was mowed, free of debris.

Nicely kept when i was there. Kind of open allowing for big throws but great placement near big guardian trees, some with low ceiling if you miss the mark.
