My 19yo son and I didn't realize there was another Disc Golf course in town, but we are so glad we found StoneRidge - just happened to see it on the Google Map we were looking at! The Google voice number listed is accurate and we called and left a brief message with our name and number and got a call back within minutes. Sarah welcomed us to come by later that day even though the course wasn't officially opened for the season. It is a lovely course with a full 18 holes of varying lengths. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of holes and walking by farmland, through the woods and across grasslands. Our favorite hole was definitely the duckweed pond hole, which you can see in the photos! You can throw across the pond if you're brave, or along the sides if you're being conservative that day! :) The course should be open with the start of spring and you can simply drive to the wooden hut and deposit your $5 and start your play! We were lucky enough to meet the owners who gave us the lay of the land. We loved StoneRidge Disc Golf course, especially having the place to ourselves and not feeling rushed, and think they should adopt West Virginia's motto of "wild and wonderful"! We can't wait to play this BIG small town disc golf course again!

Very nice course. Another one to add to my favorites in the state. Very technical, but fair. Love how they used the land. I would give it 5, but the tees were not the best. But it seems like they are working on them. Thank you to the owners for letting us play on their property.

If you don't mind a challenging hike of steep hills up and down through the woods crossing dry and sometimes wet stream beds, this is the disc golf course for you. Not to mention the hole placements are through trees, down long brush or corn field lined fairways. It is a very challenging disc golf course not for the faint of heart. This is just a warning to not expect a simple, short, easy, open course. Definitely grab a map in the shed before heading out. The course could use more signage getting you from one hole to another. It was super challenging for us novice disc golf players but we had a really fun time. We'll definitely be back in the Fall when it's a little cooler. Thanks for making this course. It's amazing!

Spent a third of our time figuring where the tees and baskets were. Yes we both studied the white-out over Google image attempt to draw the course but it and signage told the fun out of this course. Happy to pay the $5 ea you require but just make it worth it.

Fun if you don't want anyone else around. The shape and design is very good. It's still missing some longer shots but it has very good mix of woods and open.
