Beautiful park for all ages. Good walking trail around three lakes. There are plenty of areas for kids of all ages to play. Great area for small kids with slides and swings. Pavilions you can rent for parties. An amphitheater where concerts are held in summer. Soccer fields, Baseball fields, Volleyball court. The area next to the Summit on the park indoor recreational facility there is a splash park for little kids. Closer to it there is a large play area for kids with swings, slides etc. There are two Beautiful Veterans memorial. A small clock tower. The park is right next to the Canton Library, Civic Center, Summit on the Park (Indoor recreational facility) and Golf Course. If they add more trees all the way along the walking paths in such a way there is shade from scorching sun, it will help. Because of high temperatures most of the days, weather report shows unsafe to be exposed to sun. It will benefit greatly if a separate bike path around the park can be paved. Lot of folks from young kids to elderly use the walking path, and bikers come real fast from behind, and it is a hassle for both bikers and pedestrians. There are plenty of unutilized spaces in this park. Park needs more flowers all over. It's a bit bland compared to parks in Northville, Farmington areas.

Heritage Park is a great place to spend a day with the family. There is something for everyone, from a splash park and playgrounds to sports fields and a sand volleyball court. The park is also home to an amphitheater, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year. I especially love the splash park. It is a great place for kids to cool off on a hot day. There are plenty of water features to keep them entertained, including a giant bucket that dumps water on everyone below.

In this park there are 2 playgrounds, one of which is wooden and the other modern style. There is also a splash pad where children can have fun. Some shelters with benches, tables and barbecue grills can be rented for different occasions. Different events or concerts take place in this location. have fun!

Absolutely a beautiful place to visit. Located behind the fire department, police department, and library, you will find paved pathways to run, walk, or bike. With two nice ponds to sit by, you can watch the ducks swim in the water; or watch people fish. There is also a beautiful pavilion where, nice pictures can be taken at; or just stand around and take in one of the ponds. There is also a playground and splash pad for the kids. So if you have kids, take a day to bring them there during the summer. There is also a beautiful and heartfelt memorial for some of our brave young men and woman who served our country proudly. Take a minute and stop by to pay your respects, to those who gave their all so we can be safe and free. My condolences to all of those who have, lost a loved one who once served our country. I am a Granddaughter to a late Army Grandfather, who was awarded a Purple Heart while fighting in the Korean War; I am also a niece, a sister, and a friend to many who have and still are serving. God bless all of you, and thank you for your service.
