24 Holes. Decently maintained paths. Lots of holes in the woods and a few open shots. The course takes you up the side of an abandoned ski mountain so bring hiking shoes. Not very kid/ stroller friendly, plan on carrying them up and down the mountain. Lots of vibrant colors in the fall time. The views from the top are spectacular. I would definitely recommend the trip out here. The only reason it's a 4 star is the confusing signage for the holes. Take a photo of the map by the mountain bike trail or save the one attached here.

Pretty good course but not marked all that well. No tee pads and some hole markers are missing. The paths between baskets aren't clear so lots of ground cover and fallen logs to trip over. Not kid friendly at all. This is not the course maintainers fault but the mosquitos were awful!!! Ok out in the open but as soon as you stepped into the woods bam! Swarms and swarms! We got eaten alive....nearly!! The ticks and chiggers were terrible too so the sign that is posted needs to be adhered to! Keep your self brushed off!! Overall ok, but does need some updates ...even just decent tee posts and clearly marked trails would be an improvement!

Loved this course! Built on a ski hill, lots of hiking, tightly wooded (but short) uphill holes (numerous Ace possibilities), and a few super long downhills. Every hole has good signage but there are no tee pads - just stick boxes to help you find the pads. Short/long tee pad placements so good variety - but if your playing solo or in a duo put someone on lookout duty cause you can easily lose discs in the thick brush. Lots of mega birds flying overhead including a huge Golden Eagle and bald eagles too. Great workout but this isn’t meant to be kid/stroller friendly course cause the uphill terrain is steep - just like we like it! Thank you for building this, it was awesome! (FYI we played 27 holes Labor Day weekend 2020 and saw no ticks like other folks noted. Maybe we were just lucky? No mosquito issues either but the weather was brisk this time of year). This is the only course I would play on the eastern Yooper - the supposed 27 hole near the Soo was useless and no upkeep at all. No signage there and just forget it altogether, altho it has potential if someone would provide maintenance...what a shame! We tried but gave up after three holes (if you can even find them!)

I'm giving it a 3, with 5 star potential. A couple minor updates, more consistent grounds keeping, and some WAY better signage and this place could be top tier! Some very challenging terrain, not really kid-friendly, but definitely worth playing.

Definitely beware of the tick's! and you need a spotter or you will lose a disc or two, extremely tall and dense vegetation and lots of prickly plants. some holes and paths not marked very well/ missing. lots of rugged up hill terrain be prepared for a hike.
