The purpose of my visit to the Park was to explore the Little Creek Nature Area network of trails that lie between the Park and the Nature Area center. It's a very impressive network of back country trails in an urban environment - and well-maintained. There are some overgrown areas, but it's September 1st after a virulent growing season. My only pick was that an entrance from the Park to the trail network is not obvious. I had to rely on my AllTrails app to find my way in. A plus is a restroom. I checked it out but didn't use it - no light. Maybe it was broken that day?

Nice park to walk to, especially at sunrise. Looks nice for families, kids to play, run, sled, play sports etc. It's clean except after teams play and leave behind their Gatorade bottles and nasty mouth guards littered by field and parking spots, as if those are disposable. Moms don't have money to keep buying those! But I'll take all the change they drop.😂😜

My grandson plays football there. It seems to be alright. I don't stay there long enough to rate it.
