This is a great park for walking with lots of trail variety. I'm just a walker/hiker, so I can't comment on what other activities are here, but it looks like a lot for the warmer months. I also noted a new Level II arboretum on the west side of Mallard Lake, which is exciting.

A perfect 6km around the lake. Mostly flat path, wheelchair and stroller accessible. Bikes are on path but well marked and signed for how to share safely. Lots of wildlife

I recently visited the park, and it was a delightful experience! The walking trails are well-marked and provide a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are plenty of benches, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Overall, the park is a wonderful place to unwind, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with family and friends. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to talk a walk around the lake on a beautiful day. Many families with kids. Watch for rollerbladers and bikers. You can rent canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and wind surfing contraptions at the lake. The walking trail also connects with the adjacent soccer complex.

What an amazing park. Tons to do and very well maintained. Playgrounds can be tricky to find, but are in great shape when you find them. I’m excited to use the Greenfelder Memorial fireplace sometime.
