There have been some nice improvements over the last few years. The lake has some trees along the edge to make it more scenic, and they have added a pavilion, and walking paths throughout the park, and reworked the walkway that used to end on a road.

This was a great park to visit. Not too many people on a beautiful afternoon. The path does get close to the street, but there is an alternative path through the parking lot that might not be as dangerous for young kids. Paths are nice and wide with great scenery along the trail. A fun playground, nice pond with fishing pier, lovely homes, beautiful barn and picnic area, 2 ball park areas, and you may even see some cows and geese. The entire path is .61 miles. There are many benches and trash cans along the way. A couple of places to retrieve dog potty bags and the boxes were full.

Such a cute park for a picnic! We loved the playground, plenty of swings, and shaded picnic areas.
