Seymour Smith Park is truly a gem in our community! While the park boasts fantastic facilities like baseball fields, football pitches, a splash pad, disc golf, tennis courts, soccer fields, and even a skeet shooting range, the highlight for me is the incredible all-play softball fields designed for wheelchair softball. These fields are the home of the AllPlay Miracle “Buddy” Baseball League for children and young adults with special needs. The two fields are well-equipped, featuring a concession stand and seating with shade structures, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors. Seymour Smith Park is also the proud home of the Nebraska Barons Wheelchair Softball Team, who are World Series champs. It's a wonderful place that truly embodies inclusivity and community spirit. Highly recommend a visit!

Love the trap/skeet. Super nice staff and affordable for those who don't go often enough to be part of a club.

Great park with lots to do for all ages. They have a splash zone for the kids, walking/running trails, disc golf, baseball/softball fields skate board park and even a skeet and trap shooting range. However with that said, the baseball diamonds need some work the infields were sandy and it caused a lot of dust when the wind blew. They need to rehab the infield snd add some red clay to keep the dust down.

Park has a little bit of everything. The playground is designed well for ages. It has a splash pad. Plenty of parking. Also has frisbee golf. Along with soccer fields and baseball fields.

The park is fantastic! My two year old loved running around on the bridges. That being said, don't go here if you have small children. There are three family restrooms and they were all locked. There's a Port a John but it was sooooo full, poop was like a mountain peak almost to the top. Oh and did I mention the lock isn't functional? Both me and my two small kids crowded in the porta potty anyways out of sheer desperation. Get it together Ralston.
