One of my favorite parks to play disc golf at. 27 holes, and very spacious. We used to swim here years as ago when there was a pool and a diving pool with a high board! Often just called "JD" for short.

It's mostly a giant Frisbee golf course and currently a lot of construction. Over all I would still say it's wonderful to lay on grass because there's almost always a nice breeze

Honestly 3 is a stretch but nostalgia of first course I played on and 36 holes. The breakdown is I remember the holes being much longer and better defined. Granted that was a year ago and I was following course veterans around the park. My friend and I were rushing through the course to beat sunset so that may have been a factor however. Considering the time of year the swampy course is likely to stay that way for next few months. White course was not well defined but considering how short every hole was a quick look around and zoom on your phone's camera and you could find the basket. Baskets are generously sized and hard to miss if you hit the chains. Green course is part original course which lead to some confusion with multiple placards stating different #s. Dirt for tee pads! Color me confused 😕. Numbers on the top of baskets weren't a sure bet, nor were the orientation of the tee pads (concrete). Holes mostly in 300's ft distance. My friend felt like it was kiddie park disc golf, offering minimal challenge, however he's biased with Como Park minutes from his house. Overall the Park needs an update on hole placards, next tee guidelines, Basket #'s. Course layout map in the parking lot. It may seem minimal but the small things add up to whether or not you enjoy your time. ** In all fairness I enjoyed the layout and various terrain features the courses had to offer. Would have enjoyed a few longer holes to stretch out the arm. The course does retain a lot of rain water making it swampy at times so bring waterproof sneakers or boots. We ran out of sunlight and weren't able to finish the last 6 holes. I will edit this next opportunity I have to play there.

Not much to do, giant dirt hills , great if you play frezbee golf, no play ground for children, hope that changes.

It's a huge and beautiful park brimming with wildlife. We've seen foxes, deer, geese, and rare birds too. It has a playground and a frisbee golf course. It used to have a huge array of pools and a big snack stand. Those buildings have been closed for years, but it seems there's some renovation going on now. It's a shame more people don't know about this great park.
