Positives: - Nice parking area. - Nice, challenging course. - Whoever is taking care of the course is doing a great job. - Throwing over a ravine was fun! - It is free (if you do not count taxes). Things to consider: - There are some swampy areas but not bad at all. Just mind the weather and your choice of shoes. - The course is lengthy. It took our group 2 hours to complete. We are beginners though. - Consider buying long range disks (distance drivers). Those of us who had them did better.

Love these to courses. Just wish people weren't such scumbags leaving trash everywhere. Just once could you just see nature for it's beauty without the Dunkin's cup stuffed in a tree trunk. Plenty of trash receptacles so that's not the issue .south course is more intermediate and reminds me of a scene from First Blood. You get the feeling like your somewhere else other than Manchester,Nothing but good times.

Fun short course. Can see every pin so it's fun to work on your throws

Can be muddy and overgrown during some times of the year, but this is a nice free course overall. Good for walking, but definitely not really friendly for wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, etc. (things with wheels). Still, it is used enough to make it great and challenging for playing the sport.

Very tight lines. North course has a reasonable short tees to long baskets layout that imo is closest to the average course and would get a 4/5 but it's still tough. South course has one layout (currently) and is brutal. 375 par 3s and 6-8 foot gaps all down the fairway. A few holes have no fairway, just throw hard and hope. It's hard to blame the designer since I feel they did they best they could with what they had and made 2 acceptable courses out of it but I've played a lot of better courses. South course gets a 2.5/5. I'm a mid MA2 player (870 rated) and on a normal day would expect +8 on south and +6 on north.
