Disc Golf @ Lookup Park

Lookup Park Disc Golf Course features 9 baskets located adjacent to the New York State Thruway. All baskets are par 3s ranging from ~150ft to ~250ft give or take. There are two large ponds situated on the course, so do not use discs that you cherish, as the water is pretty dark and muddy, with little chance of recovery if you mess up! I take losing a disc here with a grain of salt because it gives me the opportunity to feed my disc golf addiction even more. 😂 This course is a gem and is great for training!

Nice little 9 hole course. All holes under 300 ft. Great for when you get new mis range or approach discs. Play the whole course a couple of times to get the feel of them in less than an hour. Lots of elevation and hole variances- even for a small course. Well kept too.

It's a quick, fun 9 hole course where all the holes are short par threes. It's great for playing a quick round, you can play nine in just over 20 minutes. Just don't expect a professional level experience. Also, it's very flat and right next to the Thruway so if it's windy out Lookup Park sees all of it and it's a little noisy with the traffic.

The water hazards are not fun. It's real easy to overshoot or hook it into water. Makes sense in golf, but if everytime you shot into water you'd have to throw your club in, you would stop playing the course.

Great little short course, water doesn't really come, if you're just learning or want to play a casual fun round, this is the place.
