I had placed an order from their app. The next day I got an email from them explaining one of the discs I chose accidentally had the wrong picture (the disc they had was darker in color). They offered me the disc they had in place of that one or a refund. I responded explaining I was looking or a brighter color (so I could find it easier when it goes on its adventures in the brush) and asked if they would pick one out for me. They obliged and picked out a really cool equal price disc for me. Overall it was a great experience and another reason I'll go there for discs again and inevitably again.

I brought my husband's disc golf bag into the store... Handed it over to the owner and said, "what in the world do I get him for his birthday?!" He was super helpful in helping me pick out discs, and other accessories for my husband based off of what he had in his bag. He even assured me that he could return or exchange anything that wasn't a good fit, although that wasn't needed as my husband loved every single item purchased. Every time I've made a purchase for my husband's hobby here it has been an incredible experience! If you're looking for a place ran by someone who loves the sport and wants everyone to leave with plastic they can have a great experience with- look no further!

Visited on a whim passing through from Canada. The owner is super awesome. Spend a lot of time with us letting us use the tech disc. No pressure to buy anything but lots of knowledge and help. Great store highly recommend!

I haven't played disc golf for over 20 years. It wasn't convenient and life got in the way. I'm retired and I am getting back into the sport. So I visited NY Disc Golf and was helped pick the right driver and midrange disc that was suitable for me. Couldn't be happier with the service and selection.
