This park is a great place for families to go just have fun make memories that will last a lifetime.... Normally there is always something going on here... like the last few years they've held east liverpool has talent here... and there are so many more things!!!! So the next time you want to have a family day keep Thompson Park in mind!!!

The entire 27 was a blast although tiring to play. Easy open front 9. Mixed open and wooded/hilly course for the back 9. Middle 9? Bring your grippy waterproof shoes for mossy rock teepads, general mud, aggressive terrain and even creek crossings. Use bright colored discs, a sense of direction, and a map/U-Disc app/someone who's been there before. (This applies to a few back 9 holes as well). Incredible experience not even close to casual disc golfing!

The Front 9 is nice, set among the upper part of the park, though the tee pads area bit small. The back 9 & The Out Back are nice aswell, mostly through the woods, much more challenging with more distance & good elevation changes. The tee pads are natural on the latter 18 holes.
