I love this park. Everything is clean, great atmosphere. Everyone was kind and it was a great place to watch the solar eclipse.

Better accessibility overall but the playground is not as good as the old one. The path into the park is now a paved wide ramp with railings on both sides of the ramp which goes down to all the amenities of the park. I am not sure about the angle of the main path for wheelchair users however this is a nice improvement. This wide path is connected to the public bathroom and new covered shelter by pavement and also the baseball field and the playground are also connected by pavement. The new playground has a water pump feature that I think would be enjoyed by many children. The rest of the playground was a combination of small playground structure climbing wall there are numerous wooden stumps for kids to play balance game balancing games on there are two alternative types of swings and a merry-go-round I am disappointed that the play structure is not as vast as the one that existed in the past there is one nice climbing tree that's integrated into the playground hopefully it will withstand the use of many children hoping for something challenging to climb on.

This park has a track to walk around with a beautiful garden! Play ground, rest rooms, baseball field, and picnic tables. Family friendly!

This unexpected green space is nestled between a strip shopping center parking lot and the railroad tracks. Here you will find a baseball field, playground equipment, rest rooms, picnic tables, community gardens, paved walking path. Not very scenic but a welcome respite in a commercial area.

Great place for 4-7 year olds. Like most Lakewood parks, too close to train tracks so make sure to warn the kiddos that don’t like loud sounds.
