Always a great time last week we went crawfish snagging caught and released about 5 of them. It did cross my mind to do a boil as there are a lot of them in the pond. Water is down so made it easier to see the rocks I also found a live clam and showed it to my grandson. He fed the perch & loved seeing the little school of them.

Very pretty park that is nicely sized. Lots of shaded areas to sit at during summer. The park includes swings, slides, a splash pad, picnic areas, a small pond with a fountain, bathrooms, and there's a snocone stand in the parking lot.

Great city park with updated, new playground and splash equipment. Safe and well surrounded by benches and picnic tables for parent family viewing. Covered patio tables are a great place for a bag lunch with the fam and the little snow cone stand next door is great (when someone is working it). Clean and new bathroom facilities are a big plus. Really pretty landscaping and pond behind the park is also a great place to walk or catch a perch with the kiddos.
