Overall, it's a great course. The other reviews are very accurate when they say it has a little of everything. Big bombs, down hill throw, wooded areas, tight gaps... great layout. My recommendation if you're going to play here is to take Hyland Ln. To the course and start at Hole 4, much better parking and less sketchy. *Notes* The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of the tee pads. They are slick in the morning, and I can't seem to stick my plant foot. Other than that.. wonderful!

This course has a little of something for everyone. Short technical holes, long bomber downhill holes, heavily wooded sections, wide-open sections, and oodles of topography make for an overall great mix to challenge just about any golfer. Hole 5 must be the steepest hole I have ever seen. It is very steep. Each tee has two baskets, a red basket (easier pin position) and a blue basket (more difficult pin position). The more difficult positions really are quite a bit more difficult. Finding your way from hole to hole is easy. We figured it out with little struggle. Each hole seemed to naturally flow into the next. The only hole we struggled to find was hole 17. 14,15 and 16 are in a heavily wooded area. 17 is 30 feet from hole 14’s tee pad, just outside of the woods. Finding the course was not so easy. The parking spot is totally unmarked. Once you are in the parking spot, it is not clear where the course is. Luckily, we ran into a local that was able to point us in the right direction. The course is about 100 yards to the south of the rusty trestle bridge. Basically, there is a small dirt road (directly across form the fish hatchery) that dead ends at the trestle bridge. Park anywhere you can, then follow the path to the south under the trestle bridge and you run right into the course. Once at hole 1 navigating is easy. This place has tons of birds. It is like a bird sanctuary. I spotted over a dozen induvial species. Lots of red-winged blackbirds! In short, this course is a must play. If only to experience the unique and creative pin positions. It is clear the folks that designed and built this course really enjoyed making the course. It is obviously a labor of love.

What an awesome place! Fun course, very fortunate to live close by. Quality baskets, mix of terrain and beautiful scenery. Definitely lots of love went into the design and build!

Great course. Very technical lines and the wind will never help you. You don't need the biggest arm to score on this course but you should always shoot for the blue baskets.
