Beautiful day. I was a tag-along spectator to a family disc golf tournament. Beautiful location, and we appreciated the brand new bathrooms on the back side of the brand new pavilion. It would have been nice if they had a water bottle refill station, given how strenuous the course is. Bring a few water bottles because you will not want to refill at the bathroom taps, which offer only warm water. 8 picnic tables were chained together; they will be nice once installed. The course surrounded the lake. I could only walk holes 1-7 as I was accompanying my fairly fit 70+ year old mother in law. We should have avoided the first set of stairs. It was actually 3 looong flights with no benches or shade, and flimsy "handrails" of loose rope which were not helpful for anyone needing to lean on them. No place to rest if you got dizzy. Anyone with joint issues, especially knee, should avoid this course. The 1st 7 holes could possibly be adapted to be more accessible to all, they just need a walking map of how to get back, and some adjustments to a few of the steeper slopes to create more gentle switchback walking paths. If you are planning to break up this course, your options are holes 1-7 for those who can't do insane amounts of stairs; 1-9 (or 1-8 and 18) for kids or less fit persons, and if you are capable of 1400 ft. of climbing and playing all 18, don't bother trying to break it up, just play through starting at 1 and ending at 18. If you need lunch, in the middle, bring it along. It's about a 1 mile trek with over 600 ft of climbing from the parking lot if you try to start at hole 10, like one of our groups did. Overall a beautiful course but not family friendly for children or any adults with health issues.

Absolutely beautiful country course with multiple elevated shots. Bring your hiking shoes and bug spray in summer. Not cart friendly. Took about 1:40 mins.

Great DG course, challenging holes and a fair amount of elevation changes.

This is an amazing disc golf course. It is very large layout with a lot of walking. The greens are very well manicured with well mowed grass. They have 4 layouts due to having a long tee and a short Tee and long and short baskets. The tees a artificial turf which are amazing. They are still working on this course so there are no tee signs yet, but that is coming in the future. Me and my friend played the Red, white, and blue layout. Good we did not try since that’s above our capability. They recently installed steps on the steep embankments and did a fantastic job! Excellent design and a big challenge to hit the right gaps.

This review is based off of an average 45 year old amateur player Since the Par doesn’t change based off of tee pad the Reds seemed a little on the easy side. The Golds we definitely challenging to the point where pars felt like birdies on most holes. Golds are long but accuracy is needed as many shots required good placement off the tee as well. I felt that all except maybe two holes had fair lines. Layout was good except long basket on 18 on the Peninsula attracts fishermen. Rough was grown in already and definitely penalizes you. Good shots are rewarded though. Plenty of great views and while the course is at the lake majority of holes are in the wooded areas surrounding it. Course is a long walk and will test stamina. Parking seemed to fill up quick where we were by hole #1. This course does has quite a few steep hills that are very slippery even when dry. We had a couple who brought along their baby and it was difficult with the stroller and too dangerous with a baby in a pouch.
