Awesome course. Proper tee pads would have made it a 5-star course.

Really beautiful course. Needs concrete tee pads to be a top course in the area, but it's got good bones.

I used to play tournaments at this course in the original 9 hole configuration back in the early 00s but it desperately needed more holes and a different design. Boy did it get both. The framework for a good course is absolutely here now. I was impressed by not just an expansion, but a complete redesign of this course and property. There are only about three holes that you recognize and even those play differently now. This is the style of course that I feel was needed in town too. It's a nice change of the pace from big and long. Not that this course is easy, there are some tricky holes that need good disc placement but most holes are under 400 and there are clear lanes to the basket on the majority of holes. It will play well under par on whites for the best for sure. My rating will change when it grows up. This needs tees for sure and small things like benches. I think tournaments here will be slow because there are more than a few switchbacks that will clog tourney play. The landscaping is a little ugly and raw right now, but it needs a season or two to grow in well. It's going to be a great course with a little work.

Tee pads are what they are. Not great/uneven, and some can get swampy. But they're marked at least and they really don't bother my run up. Good beginner 9 hole course or if you need a quickie fix/only have an hour to play. If you us U-Disc try out the the super Monroeville setup if you want a few long drives. 18 hole remodel slowly but surely happening. Can't wait!

Nice course for beginners and intermediate players! Easy to find in Monroeville. However, don't go to the newer monroeville park; make sure you locate the older park down the road a bit. Never busy at all. It's free to play. Though, wooden tee box markers sometimes are not easy to find because of grass overgrowth. Easy and hard tees are offered (white and red). Also, shoot straight on some of the holes cause you'll never get your disc back due to some the heavily lined jagger bush fairways that are overgrown in some areas. Chain baskets are in great shape and marked well. Bathrooms facilities are sometimes unlocked. Water fountains are not reliable as well.
